Advice from a job-seeker point of view:

Get a local search engine. One capable of search by city, job title,
industry, etc

Right now you only have like 2 pages and 10% of a third one, so it's not
seriously annoying having to go through them, but don't wait until you
have over 6 pages. Then it can be a pain in the b...

My 2 cents,

the below site is a ripoff
info on the co is hidden; site holder maintains all the
info; if you pay 1st level they 'give' you first shot,
there's a 2d level, then the 'free' level. where they say
you're at the bottom of the list.
any reputable agency would not charge a fee.
they're taking ads already placed, repeating them on the
site as if the ads are their own exclusive listings.
whole site is a ripoff.

main sites i like are jobboom.com and monster.ca
a check in at 3 agencies' websites.
i'm not looking for work, but i do like keeping an eye on
what's out there.

jay's 2cents is worth it.

just my opinion.
