2004 Cluster and Storage Solution for the SAP system at the
"Commercial League"
Project Leader, responsible for hardware assessment and solution
implementation at the customer site.
The project included the upgrade of the existing cluster with a new
cluster solution running on Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2000
(64-bit) - powered by two 8-way HP Integrity rx7620 servers based on
Intel Itanium 2 processors with 16 GB RAM and HP Enterprise Virtual
Array 5000 used as a storage solution. SAN infrastructure in redundant
configuration was also built. Modular Storage Library HP MSL6030 was
deployed for backup.
The cluster configuration set up and connection to the shared storage
was done without any disturbance of the main workflow.
2004 Migration from DAtS configuration to SAN configuration and
implementation of HP Enterprise Virtual Array - EVA 5000 at the
"Actavis".
Project Leader, responsible for the hardware assessment of the
configuration, migration plan, proof of concept and solution
implementation at the customer site.
SAN infrastructure in redundant configuration was built. EVA 5000 was
configured and it replaced the existing RackStorage RS 12 FC in the
cluster configuration. The Microsoft SQL Cluster was migrated to the
new storage. No data loss or communication interruption occurred.
2002 - 2003 Building Campus Network System in KCM SA Plovdiv.
